The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our quarry operations, ensuring material moves safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
Hauling & Loading: Safe operation of Dump Trucks and Front-End Loaders.
Production: Operating both fixed and mobile crushing plants (including sales loading).
Maintenance: Keeping the plant running smoothly with basic maintenance and general housekeeping.
Safety First: Active participation in pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting.
Continuous Improvement: Helping us find better, safer ways to work.
What You Bring
Experience: Proven background in quarry environments.
Tickets: Valid RII competencies for relevant plant.
Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle manual handling tasks when required.
