We’re expanding our national ‘People With Disability’ (PWD) program and are seeking a dedicated Consultant to recruit people with disability for NSW to drive inclusive hiring, deepen Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) provider relationships and support safe, successful placements across Amazon sites.In this role, you will be the single point of contact for NSW IEA providers, lead weekly engagement activities, and help deliver our weekly hiring targets. - Build and manage a high‑volume PWD candidate pipeline
- Lead IEA provider engagement (minimum weekly cadence)
- Run regular provider site tours and networking sessions
- Support screening, onboarding and associate care
- Partner with Amazon Safety teams on monthly reviews
- Track hiring progress, provider activity and pipeline metrics
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in DES / IEA, disability employment, community services, or high volume recruitment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Understanding of workplace adjustments and inclusive employment
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
- Passion for supporting people with disability into meaningful work
