Provider Engagement Advisor (12 week contract) - Age Care Sector
Location: QLD (Remote / Work from Home)
Pay: $50.00 per hour + Super
Employment Type: Full-time, 12-week contract (Potential for extension to October 2026)

As the Provider Engagement Advisor, you will play a key leadership role in promoting clinical and non-clinical programs by building strong relationships with aged care providers and local stakeholders. This is an exciting, "pilot-program" role focused on connecting providers with the Employment Gateway—a platform designed to alleviate workforce pressures and recruit talent. You will work to ensure programs are well-understood, accessible, and responsive to community needs.
Key Responsibilities
...- Boost Platform Use: Drive aged care providers to register and recruit through the Employment Gateway.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with Queensland providers as their go-to workforce solution.
- Active Outreach: Identify and meet with providers through site visits, presentations, and industry events.
- Deliver Results: Turn engagement into tangible outcomes like registrations, interviews, and course enrollments.
- Lead Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for employers regarding recruitment and support resources.
About You
We are looking for a "doer" with empathy that is able to take the initiative in an evolving environment.
- Prior experience within the Aged Care, health, or community services sector is a must.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and industry partners.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and represent programs to external parties.
- Ability to gather insights, identify emerging issues, and contribute recommendations to improve program delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and comfortable adapting to new recruitment or CRM systems.
- Requirements: Willingness to undergo a Police Check
