We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join a high-performing team focused on a diverse portfolio of community infrastructure. This 12-month contract (with a 6-month extension option) is ideal for a professional with a background in design who wants to own projects from concept to completion.
This is a hands-on role where design coordination is central to success. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical requirements translate into high-quality community assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and specialist consultants.
Manage the full lifecycle: feasibility, concept, approvals, procurement, and delivery.
Prepare technical project briefs, specifications, and tender documentation.
Navigate procurement, contract administration, and project governance.
Manage scope, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.

You are an organized, proactive manager who understands the intersection of design and construction. You are comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and operating within structured frameworks.
Requirements
Background in Design: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Delivery Experience: Proven track record in managing building or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project and contract administration.
Communication: Ability to drive engagement between internal teams and external agencies.
