Project managers are responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with the organizations strategic direction and intended result.
Main Tasks and responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of various projects.
- Client Liaison, including negotiation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Issue shop drawings for approval and fabrication.
- Maintain Job File Folders.
- Implementation of variations
- Attending site and production meetings.
- Identify and raise improvement notices.
- General Housekeeping.

- Holder of a white card.
