Role Overview
Our client is a global industrial leader seeking a highly capable Project Manager to act as a Transformation Lead within their Supply Chain operations. This role is highly focused on logistics optimization, technical crossovers, and major project transformation at their Ingleburn site.
You will manage and lead projects based on the portfolio, executing five main tasks: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control, and Close.

Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle & Transformation:
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the project process to initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and close all transformation initiatives. Ensure the realization of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Logistics Optimization: Work closely with major carriers (such as StarTrack) to dramatically improve logistics solutions at the Ingleburn site.
- Sustainability Goal: Lead targeted initiatives aimed at reducing the site's carbon footprint, a crucial expectation of this transformation role.
- Feasibility & Profitability: Prepare profitability and industrial feasibility studies for projects. Study industrial feasibility and support the management team in making project priority and opening decisions.
Stakeholder & Resource Management:
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ensure functional management with appointed project team members, identifying the necessary resources, skills, and competencies required.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and report project progress, orientations, and problems to management and team members. Engage with internal marketing, GSC management, plants, and external suppliers or customers.
- Risk & Change Management: Define risk management strategies and solve problems to achieve initial objectives. Drive organizational agility and transformation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, University degree, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in an industrial, supply chain, or manufacturing position, with proven experience delivering end-to-end PM for logistics companies (in-house or external).
- Competencies: Strong background in Supply Chain Management, Lean methodologies, Manufacturing processes, and Change Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, influence, and a customer-focused mindset.
Salary & Work Rights
- Remuneration: $140K - $150K + Super (Annualized).
- FTC Rate Breakdown: Approx. $70.85 - $75.90 per hour + Super.
- Location: Ingleburn, NSW (On-site role).
- Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
- Full Australian working rights required.
