Are you a Project Architect who prides yourself on seeing a vision through to the final brick? Do you thrive in a high-performance environment where every team member is a "powerhouse" of talent? We are representing a prestigious, multi-award-winning Adelaide studio that is currently looking for an exceptional Project Architect to join their tight-knit, high-calibre team.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit in the back office; it’s for a registered professional who loves the entire lifecycle of a building—from the first sketch to the final site inspection.

The Opportunity: Project Architect (End-to-End)
In this role, you won't just be a part of a project; you will own it. Joining a small but mighty team, you will be responsible for driving high-end projects across the finish line. This studio values construction knowledge as much as design flair, ensuring that what is drawn is buildable, beautiful, and enduring.
What Sets This Role Apart:
Visible Impact: In a small team of experts, your work is never lost. You will have a direct hand in shaping some of Adelaide’s most prestigious new landmarks.
True Career Progression: This studio doesn’t believe in glass ceilings. They are looking for future leaders and offer a clear, evident path to senior roles based on performance and ownership.
Technical Excellence: You will be surrounded by some of the best architectural minds in the state, fostering an environment of constant learning and high-level execution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead high-end residential and commercial projects through all phases, with a heavy emphasis on detailed documentation and construction delivery.
Technical Mastery: Use your deep understanding of construction methodology to ensure design integrity is maintained from concept through to site.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and project flow.
Regulatory Precision: Navigate Australian building codes and standards with ease, ensuring every project is compliant and executed to the highest quality.
Mentorship: Contribute to the studio’s "powerhouse" culture by sharing knowledge and guiding junior staff through complex technical challenges.
What You’ll Bring:
Australian Registration: You are a Registered Architect (AU) with a solid understanding of local industry standards.
Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience, with a proven track record of seeing projects through to completion on-site.
Construction IQ: A "builder’s brain"—you understand how things go together and can solve complex technical details on the fly.
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential for this high-output team.
Drive: An autonomous, proactive mindset with the ambition to grow into a leadership position within the studio.
