We are seeking a dedicated Digital Solutions Delivery Lead to oversee the development, design, and implementation of comprehensive digital strategies. In this role, you will work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to shape systems, data frameworks, and governance structures, ensuring technology investments align with broader strategic goals and deliver frictionless, customer-centric experiences.
What You Will Do:- Facilitate and coordinate the design, development, implementation, and subsequent operation of the overarching digital strategy and vision.
- Form and lead agile resource teams to undertake the delivery of assigned tasks, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace culture.
- Deliver and support a range of complex and high-risk systems, data, and information projects reflective of business and customer needs.
- Build collaborative relationships across service streams to determine business data needs and identify innovative optimisation solutions.
- Coordinate procurement processes, manage project interdependencies, and proactively monitor delivery activities against budget, scope, and timing.
- Possession of an appropriate business, technology, digital, or information systems degree qualification.
- Demonstrated substantial knowledge and previous professional experience at a team leader level.
- Project management qualifications, or a demonstrable understanding of their practical application.
- A working understanding of the ITIL framework, agile methodologies, and associated delivery practices.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate, consult, negotiate, and influence diverse stakeholders to drive improved business outcomes.
