- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is highly regarded, but not essential for the right attitude.
- A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a hands-on role.
- Exposure to machinery operation and proficiency with hand tools will be an advantage.
- A dedication to fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
