### What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
Based in either the Green Mill (initial processing) or Dry Mill (finishing and quality grading), you will:
Operate Advanced Machinery: Monitor and run high-tech industrial equipment and production lines.
Quality Control: Keep standards high, ensuring finished products meet strict specifications.
Keep it Safe: Actively participate in safety protocols, look out for your mates, and keep the site efficient.
### What We Are Looking For
If you have a great attitude and love working in a team, we want to hear from you! Ideally, you bring:
Reliability: You’re dependable, turn up on time, and take pride in your work.
Safety-First Mindset: You naturally look out for hazards and prioritize safety.
Industrial Background: Experience in manufacturing, logistics, timber, or heavy industry is highly regarded.
Forklift Ticket (LF): Highly advantageous (but not a dealbreaker!).
Physical Fitness: Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical industrial environment.
