We have multiple opportunities for experienced production workers/Machine Operators to join our team of casuals in Gepps Cross. On offer is Day shift 8 hours per day Monday - Friday that eventually progress into 3 day or night shifts 12.5 hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday OR Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Permanent opportunities may become available for the right candidates if that is your goal.
The role of a process worker is to
- Operate and troubleshoot production machines
- Assembly of products
- Recording Data - Handwritten
- Product testing
- General cleaning duties
- Load and unload trucks
What we are looking for
Previous experience working in a plastic production environment is highly desirable. Any experience as a Machine operator, production, manufacturing, Labouring environment will be considered.

- The ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Detail orientated
- Forklift license essential
- Neat and clear handwriting
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions effectively
