What your typical day will look like: ⚙️
Precision Assembly: Building hardware and PCBAs using engineering drawings and documented assembly procedures.
Critical Testing: Using electrical test equipment to verify final assembly performance against strict specifications.
Quality Verification: Measuring critical dimensions and ensuring all quality data is recorded, evaluated, and verified.
Problem Solving: Resolving assembly challenges by adjusting dimensions to meet specs or escalating to supervisors as needed.
Safe Systems: Adhering to JSAs, "Take 5s," and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.
What we’re looking for: ✅
Experience: 2–5 years in a similar electronics assembly or cable manufacturing role.
Technical Knowledge: A sound mechanical aptitude and an understanding of certified or specialized electronics.
Tool Proficiency: Ability to use power tools and follow basic equipment maintenance procedures.
Detail Oriented: Knowledge of product traceability records and a commitment to lean principles.
Safety First: A strong knowledge of safe systems of work and a proactive approach to HSEQ.
