ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a high-caliber Production Manager to lead a manufacturing operation specializing in high-spec, made-to-measure products. This role isn't just about keeping the lines moving, it’s about precision engineering, strategic cost-efficiency, and navigating the complex requirements of Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the end-to-end production of bespoke, made-to-order architectural solutions, ensuring 100% accuracy against engineering specifications.
• Identify and execute lean initiatives to drive down waste and optimize manufacturing costs without compromising on the premium quality our brand represents.
• Maintain rigorous Quality Control (QC) frameworks to ensure all products meet global standards and the specific demands of high-stakes building projects.
• Manage, mentor, and upskill a diverse production team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the champion for OHS/WHS, ensuring a "Zero Harm" environment and total compliance with safety regulations.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet the delivery timelines and technical requirements of Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders.

Technical Essentials:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in a Made-to-Measure (MTM) or highly customized manufacturing environment.
• Experience working directly with or supplying to Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction companies; you understand their site requirements, lead times, and documentation rigor.
