We are currently partnering with a range of Government Clients across local, state, and federal levels. We are seeking experienced Procurement & Contracts Specialists for upcoming ongoing contract opportunities in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, roles may involve:
- End-to-end procurement activities including planning, sourcing, evaluation, and contract award
- Leading or supporting tender evaluation panels, including developing evaluation plans and scoring methodologies
- Drafting and managing contracts, RFQs, RFPs and tender documentation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant procurement frameworks, policies, and guidelines
- Stakeholder engagement and coordination with internal clients and external suppliers
- Contributing to procurement strategy, reporting, and process improvement
- Managing end-to-end contract lifecycles, including renewal, negotiation, performance management, and issue resolution
- Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, contract variations, and related documentation
- Supporting or leading contract negotiations and contractor performance reviews
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:

- Proven experience in government procurement and contract management (preferred)
- Demonstrated involvement in tender evaluations, including panel coordination and documentation
- Experience in goods based or service based contracts
- Sound knowledge of regulated procurement policies, frameworks and systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in performance monitoring, contractor engagement, and managing contract risk
