About the Role
This is a hands-on, vital role where you will be operating our new plant and equipment and ensuring our specialized materials are processed to the highest standards.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Operating semi-automated equipment and managing material handling.
- General basic maintenance of processing equipment
General warehouse functions, including goods receipt and dispatch.
Forklift operation
Cleaning, cutting, and repackaging of stock.
Sorting materials for quality and grade to meet customer specifications.
What You'll Bring to the Team
We're looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, work as part of a close-knit team, and help us establish a fantastic workplace culture.
The Essentials:
Unrestricted legal right to live and work in Australia.
A current Forklift ticket (or willing to obtain)
A strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)—you’ll be a key part of developing our safety culture!
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and manual skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points (Ideal Skills):
Previous experience in process work, especially within the metals or manufacturing industries.
A proactive and flexible 'can-do' attitude.
Good numeracy and computer literacy skills.
Great organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proven ability to build good working relationships.
