Title: Principal Solution Architect – Innovation & Value Engineering

Are you a visionary technical leader looking to drive measurable business value through cutting-edge innovation? We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across a high-impact portfolio of Innovation and Value Engineering projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business priorities and enterprise technology strategy, ensuring that solutions are not only robust and secure but also positioned for long-term scalability and sustainability.
What You Will Do:
Design fit-for-purpose solution architectures that translate business objectives into outcomes aligned with technology strategy and architectural guardrails.
Provide end-to-end delivery assurance across the project lifecycle to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and secure.
Support and guide technical decision-making by balancing delivery pace with long-term sustainability and enterprise alignment.
Proactively identify and manage architectural, integration, data, and security risks across the technology portfolio.
Facilitate technical alignment across diverse stakeholders to enable clear decision-making and effective expectation management.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience in providing architectural leadership and design for innovation-focused technology projects.
Strong ability to translate complex business priorities into executable technical delivery plans and architectures.
Demonstrated expertise in managing architectural, integration, and security risks within an enterprise environment.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide technical advice that informs investment and prioritisation decisions.
Experience in establishing delivery foundations, including governance, DevOps, and technical ways of working.
