Our Client is looking for a Principal Studies & Development professional to provide technical expertise in project leadership. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of projects through their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global standards while optimising value within budget and scope.
... Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the identification, selection, and definition phases of project studies.
* Prepare investment cases and coordinate gate governance processes.
* Execute strategies and plans for project execution with cross-functional input.
* Monitor and manage project performance (safety, budget, and schedule).
* Mitigate community, environmental, and climate risks across the value chain.
* Drive continuous improvement and capital efficiency initiatives.
About You:
* Proven history of successful project outcomes and study delivery.
* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with high business acumen.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management (Postgrad preferred).
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.
