About the role: This role requires a sophisticated blend of academic rigor and operational pragmatism to bridge global best practices with the mission of building safer communities. You will drive systemic reform by ensuring all rehabilitative services strictly adhere to the Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR) model while maintaining an unwavering commitment to victim safety and perpetrator accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all program designs strictly match intervention intensity to offender risk levels and address dynamic criminogenic needs.
• Conduct comprehensive national and international jurisdictional scans to map contemporary legislative and program frameworks.
• Perform specialist literature reviews of DFV and offending research, focusing on trauma-informed methodologies and emerging trends.
• Conduct end-to-end audits of current custodial programs, assessing their operational viability, clinical risks, and financial impact.
• Architect a "Base + Module" program framework that allows for tailored interventions based on specific offender profiles.
• Produce detailed blueprints for new models, including implementation costs, resource specifications, and delivery protocols.
• Manage expert input from SMEs and design engagement strategies to build consensus among competing interests.

Key Capabilities:

• Deep understanding of criminology or social policy, specifically regarding the RNR framework and the complexities of domestic, family, and sexual violence.
• Ability to translate specialist literature and comparative analyses into a seamless, integrated program roadmap.
• Strong research background
• Proven ability to coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and translate technical insights into actionable project requirements.
• Expertise in producing high-level consolidated appraisals and comparative reports for executive review.
• Capacity to foster a collaborative culture and respond positively to shifting project priorities.

Qualifications:

• Criminology degree
• Legal/law degree or equivalent
• Extensive Research
• RNR framework
