We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a modern state of the art precast Factory near Mt Druitt. This is an ongoing, temp role with excellent potential for growth as the company continues to expand and be a major player in shaping Australia's infrastructure and buildings.
No direct precast experience? No problem! You will be provided comprehensive training. We're keen to hear from individuals who are:
- Physically fit and enjoy active work.
- Experienced in fast paced environments and machine operation.
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills.

- Looking for a long-term career in a supportive environment.
Your transferable skills are valuable! We encourage applications from those with experience in:
- Construction, concreting or general labouring.
- Manufacturing, production, or factory work.
- Logistics, warehousing, or materials handling.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in all stages of precast concrete production: preparing moulds, machine operation, steel fixing, pouring stages, and finishing.
- Safely handling and moving materials.
- Operating machinery under supervision (full training provided).
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Contributing to the creation of high-quality precast elements for major projects across Australia.
- Bonus if you have a Gantry crane or Forklift ticket but not essential.

- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
