The Work
As part of the Facilities Management team, you will ensure the precinct’s critical water and gas infrastructure remains at a high standard. This involves varied maintenance work across a complex campus.
Reactive and preventative plumbing maintenance across hospital buildings.
Maintenance and testing of backflow prevention devices and TMVs.
Repairs to drainage, sanitary systems, and hot water services.
Fault-finding and diagnostics across complex healthcare hydraulic systems.
Ensuring all work meets strict health, safety, and government standards.
What You Need
We are looking for a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their work and understands the requirements of a busy hospital environment.
Trade Qualified: Cert III in Plumbing.
Licensing: Current QLD Plumbing and Drainage Licence.
Endorsements: TMV and Backflow endorsements are highly regarded.
Preferred: A Restricted Electrical Licence is a significant advantage.
Compliance: Ability to pass a Police Check and provide vaccination records.
Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
