We are currently seeking experienced Plant Operators for several upcoming projects. We have a variety of positions available to suit different lifestyles, including:
Port Augusta Local: Home every night, working on regional infrastructure and civil projects.
FIFO Mining: High-paying swings with all flights, meals, and modern camp accommodation provided.
What’s on Offer?
Local Roles: Starting at $39 per hour + penalties (Standard OT and weekend rates apply).
Mining Roles: $53 - $60 per hour flat rate (All-inclusive high hourly rate) + Public Holiday rates.
Flexible Rosters: 8/6, 7/7, or 2/1 options available.
FIFO Perks: Return flights from Adelaide or Port Augusta. Enjoy modern camp facilities including gyms, pools, and high-quality catering.
What You’ll Need (Mandatory)
To be successful in these roles, you must possess the following:
HR Driver’s License (Minimum): HC/MC highly regarded.
White Card: National General Construction Induction.
Plant Tickets: Current RII tickets for one or more: Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Loader, Roller, or Dump Truck (Rigid/Articulated).
Safety Mindset: A proven commitment to "Zero Harm" and strict adherence to safe operating procedures.
Desirable Extras
First Aid Certificate.
Confined Space & Working at Heights (completed within the last 2 years).
Previous experience in a large-scale mining or heavy civil environment.
Compliance & Safety
The safety of our team is our priority. Please note the following requirements:
Pre-Employment Medical: Candidates must pass a full functional medical, including a Drug & Alcohol screen.
VOCs: On-site Verification of Competency (VOC) will be required for all plant types.
Site Induction: Attendance at daily pre-starts, JHA/JSA participation, and toolboxes is mandatory.
