Duties: Loading and unloading materials, stockpile management, site preparation, and general operational support.
We need reliable and hardworking individuals to join our road surfacing teams. These roles are hands-on and offer a chance to develop specialized skills in asphalt laying and compaction.
Pay Rate: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour (dependent on experience and relevant tickets).
Key Requirement: Experience in civil labouring, road work, or demonstrated ability to work in a demanding outdoor environment. Rollers or Paver tickets are highly regarded.
Duties: Shoveling, raking, compacting asphalt, general labouring, operating small plant, and assisting with traffic control (if ticketed).
Employment Type: Full-Time, ongoing.
Location: Based in the Wyong, NSW area.
Flexibility: Candidates must have the flexibility to work away when required for specific projects (allowances paid).
