About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters from file open to settlement, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files end-to-end
Opening and closing client files
Conducting property searches and settlement preparation
Drafting correspondence, contracts, and legal documentation
Assisting and liaising with clients throughout the conveyancing process
Managing PEXA settlements
Handling bulk property matters in a fast-paced environment
Liaising with agents, banks, and other stakeholders
General conveyancing and administrative support
About You
Minimum 1 year in a conveyancing paralegal role
Strong residential and commercial conveyancing experience
Confident and experienced using PEXA
Ability to manage a high volume of files independently
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
