Randstad is proud to be recruiting for a trade-qualified Painter to join our client’s internal facilities team based in Caboolture.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the ongoing upkeep and presentation of a major health infrastructure precinct. This is a stable, long-term government-sector position, offering a consistent worksite within a highly professional healthcare environment.
Pay & Lifestyle
Hourly Rate: $56.95 per hour + Super.
Work-Life Balance: This position operates on a 9-day fortnight roster, providing a consistent and structured work schedule.
Overtime Opportunities: While the roster is stable, there are periodic opportunities for overtime to support site-specific projects and refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform internal and external painting maintenance across a diverse healthcare precinct.
Manage high-quality surface preparation, patching, and finishing.
Coordinate with facility managers to ensure work is completed with minimal disruption to essential community services.
Maintain a clean and sterile worksite in accordance with strict government standards.
Assist with paint inventory and material requirements for minor facility upgrades.
Requirements:
Cert III in Painting and Decorating.
Current White Card.
Previous experience in commercial, institutional, or large-scale facility maintenance.
A reliable, professional approach with a high attention to detail.
Ability to pass a standard National Police Check for site access.
