Whether you are an emerging Specialist or a seasoned Senior, this role is a hands-on opportunity to own, launch, and optimize campaigns for a diverse range of industries.
In this environment, no two days are the same. You’ll be working alongside expert strategists to deliver real business results across Google Ads, Meta, and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
... Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google and Meta
Data-Driven Optimization: Use an analytical mindset to manage budgets, track performance, and use raw data to inform your next move.
Testing & Innovation: Proactively support A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborative Growth: Partner with Creative teams and Account Managers to build cohesive, full-funnel digital strategies.
- Reporting: Build clear, accurate reports using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to show clients exactly how you’re winning.
What You Bring
Experience: 1–5 years in Paid Media or Digital Marketing (Agency experience is a major plus!).
Platform Mastery: A solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
Communication: The ability to explain complex ideas clearly and build strong relationships with teams and clients.
