The Role
This full-time position is a vital link between our Support Office and on-site teams, responsible for the day-to-day operations, compliance, and leadership of multiple OSHC services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the Nominated Supervisor for each allocated service, ensuring 100% compliance with National Law and Regulations.
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring Program Leaders and Educators for professional excellence and high staff retention.
- Driving continuous quality improvement to achieve "Meeting" or "Exceeding" Assessment & Rating outcomes.
- Achieving enrolment and utilisation targets and overseeing site-specific marketing plans.
- Building strong family, school, and community partnerships.
- Leading child safety and protection, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children.
About You
You are an expert in OSHC and compliance with strong interpersonal and operational competencies. You are a clear communicator, compassionate, and lead with a solutions-focused mindset.
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Children’s Services, Education, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple OSHC or education sites.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Education and Care Services National Law.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma certifications, and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- A current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for frequent travel across Brisbane programs.
