The Role
Your role as the Regional Manager will require you to work in partnership with the internal stakeholders and be responsible to:
- Mentor and empower your teams to become local leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and a mission to deliver the best child experiences.
- Navigate the A&R process with ease, supported by a dedicated internal quality and audit powerhouse that ensures your services consistently exceed benchmarks.
- Build strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders, aligning diverse community expectations into cohesive, thriving OSHC programs.
- Turn challenges into growth opportunities within a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Use data to tell the story of your region’s success, identifying untapped opportunities to elevate service standards and team performance.
- Implement a consistent cycle of performance reviews that identify top talent and elevate service standards.
About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years prior experience as a Regional Manager
- Multi-site leadership and compliance experience
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current driver's licence
- Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children
- Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, flexibility, resilience, and is able to respond positively to change
