Key Requirements
Lead Change Management: Design and execute full lifecycle change, communication, and engagement plans to ensure the effective adoption of Council-wide initiatives.
Deliver Strategic OD: Partner on the design, implementation, and measurement of OD initiatives, providing specialist advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle (e.g., workforce planning, performance, engagement).
Influence Leaders: Provide leadership coaching and facilitate high-impact workshops and presentations to senior leaders, including the Collective Leadership Team.
Build Capability: Foster collaborative relationships with managers across client directorates, acting as a trusted OD professional to build their people management capability.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex, Council-wide OD projects, exercising a high degree of autonomy and decision-making.
About You:
Expertise: Experience as an OD Professional or Change Manager, providing specialist expertise and advice in a large, multi-disciplinary organisation.
Qualifications: A Degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field OR extensive demonstrable experience in complex people management services. Change Management qualifications/experience are highly beneficial.
Project Focus: Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects successfully within budget and timeframes.
