As the Order Processing Representative, you will be reporting to an inspiring Administration Manager and working with a close-knit team, where you’ll provide exceptional service to clients and ensure orders run smoothly.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to product inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Process and manage customer orders with accuracy.
- Update customer details and coordinate deliveries using SAP.
- Generate invoices and handle general data entry tasks.

About You
- Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, Order Processing, Order Management or Order Entry
- SAP experience ideal
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
- Intermediate MS Office skills
