Key Responsibilities:
Planning Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of maintenance plans to optimize asset performance.
Technical Problem Solving: Help solve engineering issues and technical challenges within the 90-day activity plan.
Isolation Planning: Learn to develop and peer-review isolation plans for water and sewer networks under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Data Exploration: Conduct research and use business intelligence tools to analyze trends and themes from primary data sources.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute fresh ideas to refine business processes and identify opportunities for innovation.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure planned activities are prioritized and executed efficiently.
We are looking for a motivated professional with a growth mindset and strong analytical potential.
Selection Criteria:
Experience: We encourage applicants who are early in their career or recent graduates who have demonstrated strong technical aptitude in engineering or planning environments.
Education: Technical certification is required; qualifications in Data Science, Business Analysis, Risk Management, or Production Planning would be highly regarded.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret technical information and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Software Skills: Exposure to integrated planning systems, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is a plus.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
