Key Skills We Are Hiring For:
We have an immediate focus on experienced drivers with demonstrated skills in civil construction environments, including:
MR, HR, or MC Truck Drivers with current licences.
Experience hauling materials such as asphalt, aggregate, spoil, and general civil construction plant/equipment.
- TasNetworks' "Instructed Persons" training, (Preferred, not essential)
A crucial component of this role is a willingness to step out of the cab and assist the crew on the ground. We are seeking reliable and proactive 'all-rounders' who are happy to jump in with hands-on labouring when not driving.

What You Will Need to Succeed
Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence for the class you are applying for (MR, HR, or MC).
Demonstrated driving experience within the civil construction or road maintenance industry.
Work Safety in the Construction Industry (White Card).
A strong sense of teamwork and absolute commitment to site safety procedures.
Essential: A reliable nature, pride in your workmanship, and a genuine willingness to assist with hands-on labouring with the crew.
Ability to successfully undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
