• Formal certification as a Fitter & Turner or Mechanical Fitter (Australian Recognised or equivalent).
• Current and valid Restricted Electrical Work License (essential for motor isolation/reconnection duties).
• White Card
• MR license (desirable)

• Safely performing isolation and reconnection duties under your Restricted Electrical Work License.

• Actively engaging in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve systemic equipment failures.
