The OpportunityThis newly expanded Marketing Specialist position offers the chance to step into a meaningful leadership role within a dynamic and creative marketing team. You’ll play a key part in shaping how the company’s brand is represented globally, balancing hands-on creative production with team coordination, project leadership, and strategic input.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Coordination
Lead daily workflow within the marketing team, assigning tasks, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring project momentum.
Work alongside the National Marketing Manager to drive project planning and execution.
Content & Creative Production
Create engaging editorials, case studies, blogs, and social media materials.
Produce high-quality visual content including photography, video, and design assets.
Develop integrated advertising campaigns across digital and print channels.
Events & Tradeshows
Oversee planning and execution of company events, meetings, and industry tradeshows.
Manage logistics, schedules, supplier coordination, and onsite requirements.
Marketing Collateral & Systems
Develop and update brochures, flyers, price books, posters, and digital materials.
Coordinate fulfilment processes including direct mail, promotional packs, and database administration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and HR to support broader business initiatives.
Gather product insights and contribute to messaging that communicates technical features clearly and compellingly.
Essential
Qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications—or equivalent hands-on experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator, junior marketing, or content creation role
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Strong Microsoft Office capability (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product features
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors
CMS, website management, or digital marketing tools
Photography or videography skills
Social media content creation or digital advertising experience
