This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced marketing team, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of projects across press, partnerships, events, and brand experiences. You will play a key part in positioning this iconic brand as a creator of the world’s most desirable luxury vehicles.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will drive "modern luxury" through the delivery of marketing activities that uphold global brand principles. You will work closely with the Head of Communications to ensure executional excellence and a strong ROI across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management: Support major partnership and brand activations, ensuring a best-in-class guest experience from initial communication to post-event follow-ups.
Project Delivery: Take end-to-end ownership of small-scale experiential activations and brand partnerships (investments <$250,000).
Fleet Coordination: Manage the logistics for the press, ambassador, and experience vehicle fleet, including media bookings and vehicle transport.
Communications Support: Coordinate creative assets for monthly newsletters and support major brand campaigns, such as high-profile awards programs.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work collaboratively with retail networks, agencies, and internal teams to manage guest lists and ensure seamless lead capture.
Reporting & Admin: Manage marketing budgets, raise purchase orders, and capture engagement metrics for global ROI reporting.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a corporate environment and possesses high attention to detail.
Essential Criteria:
Experience: At least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within brand experience or partnership marketing.
Environment: Proven experience within a corporate or agency setting.
Project Skills: Strong logistics, project management, and budget reporting capabilities.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external commercial relationships.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required for events, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
