Our client is a dynamic and growing property developer and investor managing a premium portfolio of assets, including a boutique hotel, a championship golf course, and thriving food, beverage, and event spaces. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team and help showcase their unique experiences.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing activity across digital and promotional channels. A massive focus of this role will be bringing their hotel, golf, and dining experiences to life through engaging social media content. This is a fast-paced, highly varied role that also includes essential administrative support to keep the marketing department running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow audience engagement.
Content Creation: Support the team with copywriting, basic design coordination, and on-site photography/video capture.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across the hotel, golf, and hospitality offerings.
Digital & Print Assets: Assist with website updates, EDM (email) creation, and traditional promotional materials.
Coordination: Manage promotional and seasonal calendars, and liaise with external suppliers (photographers, designers, printers) as needed.
Reporting & Admin: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics and provide administrative support to key team members.
About You
This role is ideal for a proactive coordinator with 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of social channels and learn from an experienced manager.
To be successful, you will need:
1–2 years of practical experience in marketing, with a heavy emphasis on social media management.
A solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency with Canva and Meta Business Suite.
Practical experience or a strong eye for photography, video, and content creation.
Strong written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Note: A formal marketing qualification is not required—your practical experience, attitude, and portfolio are what matter most!
