Working in a busy, highly automated environment, your responsibilities will include:

Reactive Maintenance: Rapidly diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on automated production lines to minimize downtime.
PLC Troubleshooting: Interfacing with PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Omron) to identify logic issues and sensor failures.
Preventative Maintenance: Executing scheduled inspections and calibrations on robotics, high-speed conveyors, and VSDs.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimize machine cycle times and reliability.
Safety Leadership: Operating under strict LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and electrical safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For

Trade Qualified: Current Electrical License (A-Grade / Unrestricted).
Automation Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or automated distribution center.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of PLCs, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), sensors, and industrial networking (Profinet/Ethernet).
Night Shift Mindset: Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions without direct supervision.
Problem Solver: A methodical approach to fault-finding on complex integrated systems.
