Ideally you will have experience working within the pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or FMCG industry. Full training will be provided.

About the Role / What you need:

• Work autonomously and as team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria.
• Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within OHS quality and performance standards
• Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
• Mechanically minded
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks and able to stand for long periods
• Virginia based factory

It would also good if you had any of the following:

• Production worker, machine operator, process work, production line or pick pack experience
• GMP, FMCG or food manufacturing environment experience
