The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a supportive team that produces steel reinforcement (rebar) poles. We have two distinct paths available, and we will teach you everything you need to know:
Machine Operators: Learn to operate specialized machinery to shape and create steel products. Perfect for those who like to see a tangible finished product at the end of the day.
Production Loaders: Master the art of yard logistics. You’ll be trained to operate Gantry Cranes to move and stage heavy products safely.
Choose Your Shift (Monday – Friday)
Enjoy a consistent schedule with OPTIONAL OT AVAILABLE!
Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Approx. $34/hr)
Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Earn an extra 15% shift loading!)

You have full work rights: This is a long-term, stable position.
Bonus Points: If you happen to have a Forklift License or have worked in a physical role before (construction, landscaping, or trade assistant), tell us! But if not, don't let that stop you from applying.
