The Role
You will be integral to the production process, working primarily with steel reinforcement (rebar) poles and other required roles within the area to ensure smooth production and effective workplace environements.
Machine Operators
Shaping and making rebar poles using specialised steel machinery.
Ensuring product quality and adherence to specifications.
Performing general labouring tasks and assisting the team as needed.
Loaders
Loading and unloading steel products.
Safely operating a Gantry Crane to lift, manoeuvre, and stage product within the yard.
Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a tidy work area.
Shifts Available (Monday to Friday)
We offer two set shifts, allowing for a great work-life balance:
Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM - est. $37
Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM +15% afternoon shift rates
What We're Looking For
A strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
A reliable and punctual attitude.
Experience in a production, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment is a plus.
Highly regarded: Current Forklift Licence.
Any transferable knowledge from similar industries (e.g., fabrication, construction, trade assistant roles) is beneficial.
