We are looking for operators experienced in operating front-end loaders (FEL).

Your responsibilities will include hauling raw feed, loading road trucks, feeding the crushing and screening plant, and performing basic yard tasks. For this role, you must have a strong commitment to safety, enjoy working with a small team, be adaptable and approachable, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices
Complete pre-start checks on equipment
Operate a FEL and equipment efficiently and safely
Perform basic housekeeping and maintenance of quarry equipment
Conduct plant and process inspections
Do basic yard duties

QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES

Proven experience operating Loader (FEL) is essential.
Background in construction, quarrying or mining operations, including familiarity with safety management systems, is essential
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work effectively within a small team and adapt to changing tasks

SHIFT DETAILS

Day shift role (6am-4pm)
$36-$42 per hour plus Superannuation
Be prepared to work Saturdays

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Loader Operator to join our client at the Dry Creek and offer a pay rate of $36-$42p/h + overtime. 50-60hrs a week incl Saturday work.
