Primary Duties
Order Picking: Operating a Man-up Order Picker (LO) to retrieve automotive parts from high-level racking.
Inventory Management: Using RF scanners to track stock movement and ensure 100% SKU accuracy.
Manual Handling: Picking and packing items ranging from small sensors to bulky components (exhausts, bumpers, and tires).
Pallet Building: Consolidating orders onto pallets; ensuring heavy items are at the base and fragile parts are secured.
Replenishment: Transferring incoming stock into designated pick faces to maintain flow.
Compliance & Safety
Harness Use: Mandatory daily inspection and use of safety harnesses and lanyards.
Machine Checks: Completing pre-operational logbooks and reporting mechanical faults.
Housekeeping: Maintaining clear, debris-free aisles to prevent equipment damage.
Requirements & Availability
License: Valid LO High-Level Order Picker license required.
Overtime (OT): High availability for OT is expected to meet Just-In-Time (JIT) dealership demands.
Attention to Detail: Precision in identifying similar part numbers (L/R side components).
