A well-established and highly regarded Newcastle law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant to support its Wills and Estates practice.

The Role
Working closely with a Senior Wills and Estates Lawyer, you will be involved in matters from start to finish and play a key role in the smooth running of files and client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate planning documents
- Probate and estate administration support
- Client liaison and correspondence
- Court and registry filings
- Diary and file management
- General legal administration and matter coordination
You will be supported by a stable, experienced team in a well-resourced environment where legal support staff are genuinely valued.

About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
- Experience in Wills and Estates is highly regarded, though candidates from other practice areas with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication and client service skills
