This position supports our client to implement a new Human Resource Management System including SAP SuccessFactors HR& Payroll modules and Workforce Software Time and Attendance Modules. This position will report to the 1HRMS Change Manager and will assist with the end-to-end design and delivery of the 1HRMS training program across divisions and stakeholder groups.
The1HRMS Learning Development Specialist will play a key role in driving the adoption and readiness
of the new system. Working within the 1HRMS Change Management team, the role will collaborate closely with technical experts and SMEs to translate complex system information into clear, engaging and accurate learning materials. In addition, the role will be required to deliver instructor-led classroom and virtual training where required, to ensure the workforce is fully equipped for a successful transition.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Design and develop high quality learning resources (courses, work instructions, instructional videos, Quick Reference Guides (QRG’s), eLearning modules) for the 1HRMS system.
- Work with the 1HRMS Change Team to align training solutions with business needs and project objectives.
- Package content for various delivery methods (face-to-face, online) and support training activities and post-go-live Hypercare.
- Collaborating with the project team and SMEs to ensure training content reflects system functionality and business processes.
- Deliver high quality virtual and face-to-face training sessions to diverse user groups, from front line employees to senior leaders.
- Manage training logistics: scheduling, running sessions and collecting evaluation data.
- Designing and delivering tailored training plans to ensure users are equipped to leverage the new systems effectively.
- Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning activities across all impacted areas to maximise user adoption.
Required skills, knowledge include:
- Strong experience delivering ERP or large-scale system training.
- Confident, engaging facilitator who can hold the attention of large groups online.
- Skilled in translating system processes into clear, user-friendly training.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale organisational training programs in complex multi-disciplinary environments.
- Experience in technology-enabled business transformation ideally SAP SuccessFactors and or Workforce Software.
- Well-developed planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for broad audiences
- Skilled in both virtual and in-person facilitation
- Comfortable with e-learning platforms and producing demo content
- Proven experience producing learning and support documentation for complex software
- systems, applying strong instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proficient in developing engaging eLearning using contemporary visual and interactive design techniques including animation.
- Ability to design and develop to meet accessibility and inclusion requirements
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build trusted relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication experience
- SAP training experience highly regarded
- Government experience is an advantage
