As the Lead Pega System Analyst, you will spearhead the design and delivery of high-tier business applications on the Pega platform. Your mission is to translate sophisticated operational needs into streamlined digital workflows, ensuring the agency’s important systems remain robust and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the architectural design and roll out of Pega business solutions for a variety of upcoming initiatives.
Work alongside Product Owners and subject matter experts to refine technical specifications and digital requirements.
Deconstruct complex organisational challenges into epics, features, and detailed user stories.
Act as the primary translator between technical teams and business leads to maintain a unified project vision.
Author comprehensive system artefacts, including data mapping, API specs, and functional diagrams.
About You
You hold a minimum of a Certified Pega Business Architect qualification.
You possess a sophisticated grasp of data structures, system integration, and automated business processes.
You have a solid history of delivering software solutions through iterative sprint cycles.
You are skilled at managing scope, resolving conflicting priorities, and guiding stakeholder groups.
Eligible for Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) OR Currently hold Baseline Clearance.
