This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded plaintiff-side law firm specialising in personal injury, workers’ compensation and medical negligence matters.
With continued growth across NSW, the firm is looking to appoint a lawyer to join one of its core practice groups, depending on your experience and interests. You will work in either personal injury, or workers’ compensation, or medical negligence – not across all three unless desired and appropriate.

The Role
You will manage and progress matters within your dedicated practice area, working closely with experienced senior lawyers who are invested in your development.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Managing a caseload aligned to your experience and chosen practice area
- Client-facing work and direct involvement in case strategy
- Drafting pleadings, evidence and submissions
- Attending mediations, conferences and hearings (as relevant)
- Ongoing mentoring and structured professional development
This is a role where you are supported to build depth in your practice while being given genuine autonomy.
About You
You will be a lawyer with 2–6 years’ PQE, with experience in one of the following:
- Personal injury
- Workers’ compensation
- Medical negligence
Candidates from plaintiff or defendant backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as are lawyers with strong transferable litigation experience seeking to move into one of these areas.
You will bring:
