We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping/Laborer to join our busy team, servicing both residential and commercial properties. If you have a passion for the outdoors, a strong work ethic, and relevant skills, we encourage you to apply!
About the Role
This is a hands-on position involving all aspects of landscaping and general labor. The work is varied, covers diverse projects, and requires physical fitness and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
General site preparation and clean-up.
Assisting with planting, weeding, pruning, and lawn maintenance.
Concreting and Paving: Assisting with the preparation and execution of hardscaping elements (laying pavers, basic concreting, boxing, etc.).
Operating various landscaping tools and equipment.
Moving materials and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality on all job sites.
Required Criteria
You must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:
Valid Driver's Licence and Own Reliable Vehicle: Essential for travel to and from various job sites.
Willingness to Obtain: Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and a satisfactory Police Check (or willingness to obtain both upon successful interview).
Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence: Highly preferred for transporting materials and equipment.

While not mandatory, candidates possessing the following will be highly regarded:
Formal Qualification: Certificate III in Landscaping or Horticulture (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience in a landscaping, horticulture, laboring, or construction environment, particularly with concreting and paving tasks.
