🔧 The Role: The Heart of the Yard
This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you’ll be the "engine room" of our operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping the yard organised, the trucks moving, and the freight flowing.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
Heavy Lifting: Engaging in manual labouring all day—stacking, shifting, and organising stock.
Loading Legends: Helping to load and unload trucks and containers so the drivers can hit the road.
Yard Pride: Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised (because a tidy yard is a fast yard!).
Load Restraint: Helping secure goods and getting gear ready for transport.
All-Weather Action: Working outdoors in the fresh air!
📋 What You’ll Need:
Rights to Work: Full Australian working rights with no restrictions are a must for this ongoing role.
The Muscle: High level of physical fitness! This is a pure manual labouring role, so you need to be able to lift, shift, and hustle all day. đź’Ş
Reliability: Your own car and driver’s licence to make those 5:30 AM starts on time. 🚗
Work History: Recent experience in a warehouse, yard, or construction environment (within the last 6 months).
The Basics: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening).
