What you will need to exceed
Mandatory Licences:
- Valid 'C' Class Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Medium Rigid 'MR' License
- Horticultural Qualification (ie. Cert. III Horticulture, etc.)
- Chipper Ticket
- ACDC Ticket
- Chainsaw Ticket
What you will do
Parks and Gardens
Tree Maintenance: Pruning, trimming, and removal of hazardous limbs and debris.
Equipment: Safe operation of specialised gear (chainsaws, wood chippers, PPE).
Administration: Documenting work, incidents, and observations.
Public Interface: Professional labouring and positive representation in public spaces.
Roadside Assets: Installing and replacing road signs.
Ground Repairs: Repairing pathways, kerbs, channels, and replacing manholes.
Boundary Work: Conducting fence repairs/installation.
