About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an organised, positive, and collaborative Recruitment Coordinator to join our highly successful Inhouse specialization Arising due to exciting business growth, this long-term role offers the unique opportunity to support recruitment activity for the Nation's Defence sector. The role is based on site with a key defence client at their offices near Port Adelaide.
Operating in a support capacity, this is an administrative position designed for someone who loves managing moving parts without the pressure of 360-degree sales. You will work within an established, high-tenure team of 3 members who pride themselves on being incredibly welcoming and social. will enjoy a supportive, management style that champions autonomy and offers excellent hybrid working opportunities and flexibility.
What you'll be doing:
● Provide high-level administrative support across multiple active job roles to ensure seamless recruitment activity and compliance
● Take full ownership of candidate coordination, including managing the busy calendars of hiring managers and scheduling interviews.
● Act as a key point of contact for candidates and Hiring managers, through professional and warm phone and email interactions.
● Deliver accurate and timely recruitment data entry, compliance tracking, and administrative upkeep.
● Collaborate closely with your 3 local team members to ensure shared goals are achieved whilst delivering an exceptional candidate experience and helping our client achieve key milestones.
What we're looking for:
● A proven professional background as a Recruitment Coordinator, Administrator, or an internal Talent Advisor/Talent Team assistant.
● Exceptional organisational skills with a strong ability to manage calendars, coordinate interviews, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
● A positive, friendly, and warm personality-someone who is highly autonomous but a true team player who celebrates their peers' success.
● Full working rights in Australia.
