Your New Role: Reporting to a supportive and approachable supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining and revitalising our existing client portfolio in Minto. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a proactive professional. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively reach out to "down-trending" clients to resolve issues and stabilize accounts.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers (No cold BD required).
Manage a high volume of client emails and phone inquiries with professional flair.
Provide tailored waste solutions to address specific client needs and concerns.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service agreements.

- $37.13 per hour + super.
Monday – Friday, 5 days in the office (No weekends).

About You: :
- 1+ year of experience in a similar account management, customer success, or internal sales role.
Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Comfortable handling difficult conversations with empathy.
Ability to start immediately.
